Can I pay for my textbook with cash?
Never pay with cash. All transactions are placed through the app.
Can I return my purchase?
We currently do not handle returns on textbooks that have been sold. Rentals can be returned at the end of the academic semester.
What should I do if my rental is not returned? If my rental is returned damaged?
You will receive the compensation amount you entered when listing your textbook.
How do I set up a pickup location?
Enter or put a pin on your desired location via Google Maps plugin.
